ThePureBed.com is operated by Bordenz Enterprises.  The managing couple, a pastor and  wife, have been in ministry for about 20 years.

We believe that God intended intimacy, as spoken of in Song of Solomon, to be regular, expressive and pleasurable as a normal part of marital life. Unfortunately, the purposes and intended pleasures of sexual intimacy have been partly or wholly misrepresented in historical Church teachings.

We offer quality resources to develop the intimate life of married men and women in a manner that allows for full enjoyment and creativity.  We desire that all married men and women feel free to purchase any of our products.  We offer products that comply with biblical scripture.  See Genesis chapter 2 and I Thessalonians 4:3,4.  Our intention is to specifically serve the enhancement of sexual intimacy shared by legally recognized marriages between a man and a woman.  We believe such are the marital unions honored by God.

ThePureBed.com uses a price based shipping calculation and sends all packages via USPS Priority Mail. The table below lists our shipping rates.

Your orders are shipped discretely, typically in a USPS Priority Mail box or plain brown box. The only exterior indication of the packages origin is our company name, BORDENZ ENTERPRISES, and return address.  Orders are typically received in 2-3 business days.  Seasonal demands on carriers may extend shipping by 1 or 2 days.

Return Policy:
You MUST contact us before returning a product.  We will gladly entertain requests for returns of products within 10 days of your receiving the shipment.  Contact us at customerservice@thepurebed.com.  Provide the product SKU, product name, purchaser?s name, contact phone, and email address (if available).  Please provide a description of the problem or reason for return.  We will respond to the request and give you return instructions.

We will only exchange defective items with the same item provided return occurs within the 10 days of receipt as described above.  Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fee, or other cost incurred by our customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.

Prior to return, Bordenz Enterprises must be contacted by email at customerservice@thepurebed.com to approve return.

Absolutely no credits or refunds issued for problem reports after 10 days from receipt of shipment have elapsed.

Backordered products will ship as they become available, typically up to 15 days.  If a backordered item cannot be shipped to your satisfaction, you may submit a cancel request for that item to customerservice@thepurebed.com.
